No posts on here for a while and need to get back into it as it helps focus what I’m doing.
I hit 29 last week and am now on a quest to get into the best shape possible for when I hit the big 30!!!!
Diet plan at the ready, going to get back into doing insanity, have my home weights, bike, exercise bike, kettle bells and have signed up for a Half marathon so I can’t say I don’t have the tools to get in shape.
1st weigh in will be tomorrow along with Insanity day 1, wish me luck!!
1/4 lb up from yestetday. Ate quote well and managed a half hour run but ate my dinner quite late which i assume is why the slight gain. No exercise today as i really dont have time but food will be as clean as possible.
Hopfully should see a slight los again tomorrow.
So im 1 1/2 lbs down since yestetday morning. I didnt eat amazinly yesterday either as Hospital sandwich and crisps was my only option last night.
Managed to drink a good 3 litres of water so same today and plenty of clean food and i should see a steady decline in overall weight this week.
Dont get me wrong I know im not losing purely fat here, but im only after total weight for xmas and then the new year is purely Fat Loss.
Did manage 15mins on the bike yesterday to get me back up and running too
Update tomorrow on the outcome.
Holy Shit. Iv not been at all strict or even sensible with my food recently, gone from 5 days a week exercise to 1 day if im lucky. Warer in take down from 3litres to less than 1 litre today and this is the outcome. Up 7lbs in 3 weeks!!!
So with 4 weeks till xmas i want to shift the 7lbs iv put on and the 2 3/4 stubborn lbs that demotivated me in the 1st place. I want and will be under 13stone for xmas!!!
Today im going low carb, low fat and about 5 litres of water to kick start me.
Iv also now cancelled my gym membership, bad timing but had to happen. So its back to the exercise bike, running and home exercise. Any tips???

Last Weeks Second Workout
This was on Friday and it was Chest, Shoulders and Triceps.
3 sets of 10 supersetting chest flys and dumbell bench press
3 sets of 12 shoulder press
3 sets of 10 supersetting front dumbell raise and side dumbell raise
2 monster set of 10 dips, overhead tricep cable pull, cable tricep pull downs
Didnt get as much cardio in as i wanted last week but finished yesterday with 75 mins of football so a decent run out and calorie burn there.
Eating wise I was pretty much on the money Monday-Thursday then Fri, Sat, Sunday were way too many calories, carbs and sugar.
Weigh in this morning was a slight gain of 1/4lb, I will re weigh myself tomorrow though as yesterday I didnt drink much water, ate too many carbs and no fruit or veg so hopefully tomorrow should be my true weight. Lets see

Workout 2 for this week is gonna have to wait till tomorrow now. Other half isnt very well so gotta pick the nipper up from nursery.
My legs are only just feeling normal from last weeks squatathon so il miss legs today, have a run tonight instead.
Tomorrow will be chest and triceps
If i can squeeze my 3rd workout in to saturday i will but i have football on sunday too so like to be fresh for that, otherwise il hot the weights 4 times next week with my squatathon being Monday!!
Diet has been spot on. Following a clean eating diet 80% of the time and filling my macros up with whatever else i fancy 20% of the time. Well see what mondays weigh in brings!!!
